So Day 5 was a good day for finishing books. I didn't start anything new but I did finish off 2 books-yey! So I am back on track for finishing 7 books this week since it has been 5 days and I've read 5 books!
I didn't do the challenge for today, because I was out and about most of the day, no able to get to my books. I am intending on doing the rainbow spine challenge though so look out for that one on instagram/twitter/facebook!
I finished off Every Last Word by Tamara Ireland Stone, this one had me in tears, not the first lot of tears this week! I read the last 228 pages of this.
And I also finished off Noteworthy by Riley Redgate. I loved every moment of this one and now I'm desperate to join an a cappella group! I read the final 179 pages of this.
In reading these two books at the same time, I have struggled with reading multiple books for the first time, possibly in forever. Both books feature a girl who find salvation or some kind in performance of some sort and so I struggled a little when stitching between the two, maybe I need to keep the genres different or at least not hugely similar when I read multiple books from now on!
