Review: This review will be based on a first look through the journal. I will be making a vlog over on my channel of how I interact with the journal over the next couple of month. I really like the way this links in with my reading of Percolate. You can read my review of Percolate here.
I really like how broken up this journal is. It is very logical but at the same time allows for some creativity and lots and lots of reflection. I love when things are broken down into headings and this journal has that. You are encouraged to work through 6 different principals and complete exercises and reflections in each of those sections. The principles include you emotions, your wellness, you compassion, your harmony, your inspiration and starts with your values.
I love the artwork in this journal. The coffee theme from percolate is still present, its even on the cover, and those little purple coffee cups appear throughout. There's also some reflection pages that arfe almost completely blank so you could create your own drawings and sketches if you wanted to. I like the fact that the question prompts are different in length, some with longer spaces and some with shorter response lines. And of course when you get to the end there is a certificate of achievement for you.
I'm looking forward to filling this in over the coming months and spending some time reflecting ad journal-ling.
Thanks so much for taking part in this blog tour!
